COMPANION CLUB DOG SHOW - 1st March

Thanks to everyone who attended our fund raising show last Sunday the 1st March. It was a lovely sunny day to travel up to Great Hale in Lincolnshire - and I know that many people had long journeys. We do appreciate your support. Practically every breed was represented and the judges were kept busy in their deliberations. Rae and I were kept busy in the kitchen - so unfortunately did not get the opportunity to see all the dogs and exhibitors. Please do come and introduce yoursel ves to us if you come to one of the shows.

We are always grateful for offers of help, especially if anyone has any stewarding experience. Please contact me with your details. We only have two or three shows a year, but your help would be much appreciated.

The tombola and raffle stalls did well - and was that a "Name the Rabbit" competition I spotted !?

We hope to have some of the show photographs featured in our next June edition of F.O.R.U.M. so if you would like to subscribe, again let me know - we will be more than pleased to have you on board.

I did get the opportunity to speak to some Munster owners who asked for some information, unfortunately the email address given did not work, so if they read this perhaps they would contact me again.

Finally, we would love to see some more Munsters at the shows - just so that exhibitors with other breeds can see what our breed is like for themselves. They are excellent shows and you will be made very welcome, so we look forward to seeing you in the future.
