LATEST RESCUE NEWS

We recently had a lovely lad coming into us at Rescue. He was two and a much loved boy who had a change of circumstances due to the sad break up of his family. We knew he needed a very special home and I am pleased to report that he is well, settled and happy with his new "keepers", a younger family with some older canine companions for him to keep company. Reports are that he has settled really well and we are getting regular updates from them all - we hope to feature some photos and updates on him in our F.O.R.U.M. magazine.

Unfortunately, although I tried to give this update on another Munsterlander Blog, my post has "disappeared", and although I rarely post on other blogs, the information and update that was given on there was not entirely correct. My update was purely to give the right information.

The main thing is that this youngster is happy and is being cared for in his new home. At Rescue, the most important thing is the welfare of the dogs that become known to us, and it is thanks enough that we have, over the past 28 years, have had some wonderful people offering these dogs loving, caring homes.

It has been so good to read about the litter of puppies that came to us almost 10 years ago - and some of them will feature in our F.O.R.U.M. magazine due out in November. As always your support and kindness is always so much appreciated, and you might wish to subscribe to that magazine. Just drop me an email and I can send you details, and for the price of a couple of cups of coffee at the motorway services (yes, I know that is expensive these days!!!) - just £7 for the year, you can receive 4 copies of our F.O.R.U.M. magazine.

CHRISTMAS CARDS

Just thought I would clarify the situation regarding cards. We have mentioned the price for packs of 10 (2 of each design), but if you have a favourite design you can order those up too. Please just give us the design number from the flyer (see in previous posts), and the number of cards you require and these can be organised for you - make sure you order your requirements as soon as possible. The calendars and diaries are selling fast, so please make sure your order gets too us quickly.

In the next edition of F.O.R.U.M. we will be following the stories of some of the 10 year old "Reindeer Pups" - we can hardly believe that they will be ten years old in just four days time. It has been lovely to receive the photos and updates on them and I hope you will enjoying reading about them in the next F.O.R.U.M. MAGAZINE. You don't receive it??? Then you will be able to subscribe for the very reasonable cost of £7 per year (£8.50 for overseas) and this means four copies a year posted out to you. Our cards have been selling well, but if you need a large quantity we can get these printed off immediately.

Get the ORIGINAL LARGE MUNSTERLANDER RESCUE CALENDARS as soon as possible as these seem to be going fast and maybe they will not be available nearer to CHRISTMAS - don't miss out and order early please.
