We have decided to advertise once again that our Miss Maddie from Spain is still seeking that extra special home. A reminder that she is good with people and children but would prefer to be the only dog in the home. If somebody is worried about veterinary costs that may be incurred with an older dog, we will of course consider a "fostering" placement, where LM Rescue will pay all her costs. FORUM MAGAZINE

Hi everyone, your new copy of the Spring edition of F.O.R.U.M. magazine should be with you any day now. I posted them off late last week. I must admit I had a bit of a problem and I do hope none of you are obliged to pay extra postage. I always take one into the Post Office to be weighed/measured/put through plastic "thingies", they then tell me the postage costs and I buy the stamps accordingly. I then take them later on to the Sorting Office to pass them over the desk to save blocking up the ordinary post office queue. Now this time taking them to the sorting office, I was told that they did not "fall straight through the plastic thingy" and so some may be subject to extra postage costs. To say I was not best pleased is an understatement. If this has happend to any of you please let me know and I will then take it up with the Post Office for comment/reimbursement. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy the latest efforts and don't forget we are always happy to hear from you with inclusions for the next issue.
