SPANISH BOYS UPDATE

Most of you will know that we brought two dogs over from Spain.  We were given very short notice about their predicament and several people contacted us about the "Munsterlander" and his Breton Spaniel in a "Kill Centre" near Malaga.

We had to make an immediate decision to bring these boys over - they were quite young and we felt they deserved a chance.  It was only when they arrived that we realised that both were Bretons.

We contacted Brittany Spaniel Rescue for their assistance, but firstly the boys had to be bathed, groomed and fed well after their uncomfortable, long journey.  Brittany Rescue are now assessing the lads, they have been neutered and their new homes sorted out.

In hindsight we still feel that these dogs were saved, and those generous folk who donated towards the costs of getting them here still wanted to donate whatever their breeding.

We hope to keep in touch with Britanny Rescue so we can give updates about "our" lads.

Needless to say, our very grateful thanks to all those who really pulled together and donated so generously towards this rescue operation from Spain.
